Young Thug Arraignment Hearing On RICO Charges

Young Thug is set for an arraignment hearing on RICO charges today, as one of his fellow members of YSL Gunna was just denied bond.

An arraignment hearing for Young Thug will take place today (May 23). The Young Stoner Life Records founder will enter an official plea in court. In addition to the RICO and street gang counts, Fulton County authorities also hit Young Thug with drug distribution and weapons possession charges.

However, Thug’s lawyer insisted his client is innocent.

Also, according to WSBTV, today a judge has denied bond for Sergio Kitchens, also known as Gunna, during a Monday’s court hearing for Young Slime Life (YSL) indictment.

Gunna’s defense attorney, Steve Sadow, proposed a list of conditions for the rapper’s bond, including a $750K secured bond, house arrest with electronic monitoring, forfeiture of three properties and that Gunna’s parents would also put up their homes.

The judge denied the bond and sided with the prosecution, expressing concern over the safety of witnesses.
