Ai Rapper Fn Meka Sparks Controversy Over The N-Word

Ai rapper Fn Meka sparks controversy over the n-word after being signed to a major label, capitol records.

FN Meka is the world’s first augmented reality – or “AR” – artist to sign with a major label. He has over one billion views on TikTok as the platform’s top “virtual being.” While technically FN Meka is voiced by a human, everything else about his music is based in A.I.

Many people on Social Media weren’t so please with knowing that the creators of FN Meka, created an Ai rapper using the N-Word. The creators of FN Meka, Anthony Martini, and Brandon Le are far from black, profiting off black culture.

As far as the egregious exploitation of black culture and use of the N-Word, many speculate that this is only the beginning and more Ai-generated rappers, models, and producers, will emerge exploiting cultures for profit that they aren’t accountable for.
