Greenwood Park Mall Shooter Killed By A Legal Gun Owner

Greenwood park mall
Greenwood Park Mall shooter killed by good samaritan gun owner, who took matters into his own hands and saved many lives from a mass shooting incident.

Four people have been killed, including the shooter at the Greenwood park mall, and three others were injured in a shooting on Sunday afternoon in suburban Indianapolis. The shooter was shot dead by a Good Samaritan who witnessed the shooting, according to Greenwood Police Chief James Ison. The man used a handgun to bring down the assailant.

Officials also said that a suspicious backpack was found in a bathroom close to where the shooting unfolded. It is being investigated by the bomb squad.

In a statement, Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers said: ‘This tragedy hits at the core of our community.’ Myers implored any witnesses to the shooting at the Greenwood park mall to come forward. One of the victims injured is a 12-year-old girl that had a minor injury to her back, police said. She went home from the mall after the shooting, then to a hospital for treatment.

Thank god there was a good samaritan with a weapon to stop this senseless violent act from continuing. As the president and other state officials continue to ramp up gun control laws & policies, we have to ask about legal gun owners who do the right thing in times of need, and how will gun control laws affect them if these laws don’t allow them to protect themselves.
